THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Agreement”) set forth the terms of participation in the Affiliation Program of Real Time Machine Sdn Bhd  a company A participant in the real TIME Machine  Agent Program is hereinafter referred to as “Agents” or “you”.

Principles

​

1. Principle are products or services owner (Time Fiber) owned by principle (Time) whereby real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd has the authority to handle, manage the registration, operation and commission payment of the products.

2. real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd provides an online platform for real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd to manage principle products and to communicate with business partner.

​

3. Staffs from Principles are not allowed to become our agents to avoid conflit of interest.

​

4. Registration, operation and commission payment of any principle products and services is solely managed by real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd.

​

5. All sales and applications submitted by agents must be genuine and comply with all laws, rules and regulations by any relevant authority.

​

6. All applications or sales submitted by agents are compulsory to have complete set of documents uploaded according to the principle product requirement.

​

7. Agents shall not quote a product price, promotion package on behalf of real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd other than those approved by real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd and/or the related product principle.

​

8. It is agents responsibility to ensure that all customer information keyed in to the system is correct.

​

9. Agents shall not mislead or provide incorrect information to the customers or applicants.

Payment

​

1. Commission will be paid to agents according to both the terms and conditions of principle product and real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd

.

2. Commission payout will be following real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd commission rate and real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the commission rate from time to time.

3. real TIME MachineSdn Bhd reserves the right to forfeit agents commission if agents fail to comply with principles' requirements.

​

4. Payment will be made once two weeks according to principle claim list and the supporting document submitted.

​

5. real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend payment date and payment method from time to time.

Showcause Letter, Claw Back Commission and Penalty From Principle

​

1. Agents shall reply showcause letter from principle within 3 days if found any.

​

2. Failure to reply showcause letter may lead to serious penalty from principle.

​

3. real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd shall not bear any losses arising from misconduct of agents sales practices.

​

4. Deduction will be issued to business partner if real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd receives clawback commission notice from the principle for the related applications or sales.

​

5.Minimum subscription length of service is 180day to enttlied comission.

​

6. if account maintain less than 180day ,real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd reserve to claw back comission.

​

7.real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd reserve to claw back comission if account having early termination & suspension within 180 day.

​

8. Penalty will be issued to the agents if real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd receives penalty from the related principle for the related applications or sales.

9.real TIME Machine Sdn Bhd reserves the right to add agents name into CTOS if failed to pay claw back comissison and penalty to us.

FAQ

​

1. If Customer account is being terminated within 180 day, Commission will clawback.

​

2.if Customer account is forgot pay the bill and affected account suspension , customer  to paid the bill to activate the account again, as long as detected suspension within 180 day Commission will clawback.

​

3. if Customer complaint misconduct of agents sales practices.Commission will clawback.

​

4. If Customer did downgrade rate plan , Commission rate will pay based on downgrade rate plan instead of Higher rate plan.
